Please note:

Delivery times may be longer than usual over the next few days, and next day delivery will not be available until Tuesday, 23rd September. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

How much does shipping cost & how long does it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day, however during peak times this may take up to 2 working days from your order date.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch email.

UK Mainland Delivery & the Channel Isles

Standard Delivery

1. We use DPD Standard Tracked for our Standard Delivery option.  Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery of your order.

2. Next Day delivery is available for UK orders placed Monday - Fri before 3:00pm GMT. We use DPD Next Day Tracked for our Next Day Delivery option. 

3. Any orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday - Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.

4. Please note that Next Day delivery may not be available for some remote regions such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands. Please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to advise you of your options should you have any concerns.
   

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard UK mainland shipping on all orders over £50. Please see full details above.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK, however we also have a European site that ships to all of Europe, and allows you to purchase in Euros. Our European site is https://eu.stance.com/. Please visit our US website for delivery to the USA & Canada. Please note that you will need to use a proxy service to access the stance.com site.
