You can choose to get your socks every month or every 3 months. Please note that the socks you receive will be randomly selected and may not be the above socks.

You will get charged straight away when you place your first order & your order will be sent straight away. The following subscriptions will come out on the 1st of each month, with a reminder sent to you 3 days prior.

You will get charged your recurring subscription amount on 1st of every month on a monthly subscription, and the 1st of every third month on the three monthly subscription.

Yes, currently you will be charged for postage along with your recurring subscription charge. Please see our shipping information for costs.
When will my socks get sent?

Your first order will be sent straight away. All future orders will be despatched by the 1st of every month. If you place your 1st subscription order between 1st & 14th of the month you'll receive your next subscription order in the next month (if on the monthly subscription).For example, if you order on 3rd February, you'll receive your next subscription order just after 1st March. If you place your 1st subscription order between 15th & the last day of the month, you will skip a month. For example, if you place your order on 18th February you will receive your next order just after 1st April.

The 1st time you buy your subscription you can also buy other products, just add them into your cart as normal and checkout. Your other purchases will be sent to you immediately.

After your first 3 payments you will be able to cancel your subscription. Login to your account or email our customer service team.

Socks can only be returned from your subscription if they have a fault and are within our warranty window or Infiknit Guarantee.
